Welcome to Health and Fitness Rocks, we have a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry after many years in the private and corporate sectors. Working within companies such as Bupa, O2 and GSK. We are the experts to help and support you to get fitter and feel healthier!

We offer guidance in exercise and nutrition, helping you to get to where you would like to be....whether that's juggling your busy job with your health and exercise goals, losing body fat, increasing your gut health, increasing muscle and tone, balancing injuries with your fitness goals, giving you the knowledge and skills to improve your sleep and energy, or simply feeling happier and healthier and more relaxed.

At Health and Fitness Rocks, we offer one to one, group and family training either online or face to face.

We also offer corporate training and advice. If you need expert knowledge on gym set up at home or corporate gym set up and wellness we are the people to speak to. So whether you are just staring out, you need that bespoke plan or you are a company big or small that needs an expert service we are the right people for you.

Chris

I have always been interested and involved in sport and fitness which lead me on to my Sports Science Degree. Over the last 30 years I've worked with hundreds of personal training clients, running group fitness and sport specific training sessions. From there, I moved into the world of corporate fitness working for companies such as Bupa, O2, GSK, winning contracts for companies like KPMG and helping to set up private/corporate site gyms and wellness centres all over the South East while still continuing to train my personal training clients.

I believe with my many years of experience I can tailor your personal training sessions to help you reach your chosen health and fitness goals!

Naomi

I am a huge believer that you can achieve anything if you want it enough!

My love of health and nutrition is not just my job but my hobby too. I'm always learning on a daily basis to keep up with the latest science.

Over the past 20 years I have worked in the health and fitness industry with private clients and in corporate companies such as BUPA and O2.

I am proud to have worked with lots of different clients who have achieved their goals such as weight loss and training for events or simply wanting to improve energy, health, strength and sleep quality.



My expertise include advanced personal training with a NASM qualification, clinical pilates, nutrition and sports injury. I am also certified as an advanced kettle bell instructor and boxing instructor.

I qualified as a level 4 sports massage therapist 15 years ago with qualifications in sports rehabilitation, Injury assessment, body composition assessment, improving flexibility and strength. I have worked with lots of adults and children through injuries, after injury and illness. Click here for more information

Clinical pilates instructor - Clinical pilates is an approach developed by physiotherapists for managing back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. It has been proven to be effective in reducing the symptoms and disabilities of these conditions. I teach classes, one to one and partner sessions. I am also training in reformer pilates at the moment and will be able to offer one to one sessions soon!

Nutrition - Working with clients to achieve a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals. My biggest weight loss client lost 13 stone and has kept it off for 16 years... that's with a healthy lifestyle change not a restriction diet with food groups taken away. Click here for our nutrition page

We are here to provide you with our expert knowledge to help you reach your personal goals!


We provide one to one, partner or group training from the comfort of your home or garden, via zoom online or at your work place.

We cover all types of training which include;

*Injury rehabilitation training - We have worked with injuries such as back and shoulder, achilles tendon injury, tendonitis, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, hip pain, knee pain plus many other injuries over the years.

*Weight loss - We have lots of experience with clients wanting to lose unhealthy body fat in a safe, healthy way with our expert nutrition and motivational exercise plans.

*Strength training - For body sculpting, to balance out the body, to build strength, improve performance and to prevent injuries.

*Sport specific training for events -We have worked with clients training for events such as Iron man, Tough mudder, London marathon and with sports athletes young and old in sports such as Hockey, Football, Tennis, Golf, Triathlons and Ultra marathons.

*Menopause specific training - working with women in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

*Training for core, balance and flexibility.


Mat pilates - Great for core strength, tone, tone. Clinical pilates is an approach developed by physiotherapists for managing back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. It has been proven to be effective in reducing the symptoms and disabilities of these conditions.


Our current clients are aged from 12 years old all the way to 89 years young!

For in person training the areas we currently cover are Weybridge, Chertsey, Ottershaw, Virgina waters, Newhaw and West Byfleet.

Can I train with a friend or partner or family member?

Absolutely.. this can be a really fun motivational way to start getting fitter and healthier.

What do you need to wear for a training session?

It's important to be comfortable and be able to regulate your temperature with comfortable trainers, shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt or top.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No, that's our job to help you to achieve your goals whatever level you are at now. We have worked with clients who have never done any fitness training to clients who want to gain muscle, tone up, need to lose weight. We also do training plans and personal training for clients wanting to improve in their chosen sport such as tennis, golf, cycling and event training.

Am I too old to get started now?

No, you are never too old! Age is only a number. We train all age groups with our oldest PT client at 89 years young.
